TRAINING METHODS

There are so many types of training methods out in the fitness world. Coming from a strong Crossfit background I have various skills and qualifications in many different fields. Weather you would like to work on a specific technique, have a goal to achieve, training as a part of your day to day health or rehabilitation there is a training method that can suit you best. Read through some of the specialization areas I can assist you in. See what may suit you the best. 

           High Intensity Personal Training  

 

Want to acheive your goals but stuck for time? Train functionaly at high intenstity for 20 - 60 minutes. Pay for 180 minutes of training. If you can only commit 20minutes that day then you will only be charged for 20minutes. Rates run at 0.60p per minute.  Packages start at £108. 

           EXERCISE REHABILITATION 

 

If your recovering from an injury, surgery or just an niggling imbalance within your body I can work through the injury, rehab program and training systems that will help get you back to your best fitness. Also being qualified in sports massage therapy helps with a further understand in anatomy and physiology to identify and set an action plan for your needs. Work on movement and position not just volume and intensity. 

           FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (CROSSFIT)

Functional training methods in my opinion are the safest and most effective way to train. I have trained with many methods and goals in my training lifetime. I have never felt fitter or more able than I ever have from this training method. My aim in life is to be fit as I can be, to live my life to the full. Achieve high intensity in your training. Waist no time and see results. This method uses a balance of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic condition methods. 

           CALETHETICS / GYMNASTICS

 

Building Strength from with in yourself. Using your inner core and pure bodyweight muscle strength and development to learn how your body really wants to move. Learn, get strong, and get lean. Amazing yourself with what your body is capable of. 

 

           OLYMPIC WEIGHTLFITING / POWERLIFTING

 

Olympic lifting and powerlifting is one of the most effective additions to a training program for any athlete that wishes to develop on strength, power, and speed. Use Weightlifting movements and techniques to achieve a sporting ambition or to enjoy an alternative way of getting strong with out isolating joints and muscles. Train functionally.
