REMOTE COACHING AND PERSONAL PROGRAMMING 

My Approch to programming is simple, simple but very effective. I focus on your personal movement mechanics.  I specifically coach and programme gymnastics to increase CrossFit performance. Athough, increasing strength, movement patterns, body awareness and balance within the body will help performance. It has also evedently been seen to positively effect muscular imbalances, activation problems and rehabilitate from injuries.

Training programmes can either be...

​

Gymnastic specific. Programming 3-4 sessions per week to develop gymnastic skills and drills.

​

OR

​

Complete CrossFit training programmes, periodising towards goals, including gymnastic development and cycles, weightlfiting, and work capacity training. 

​

All training programmes have an inital assesment stage which includes posture, movement, activation and fitness testing.
